I took a detour to swing by Wow Cow today (1/16) with a craving for a Philly and some fries. I had heard from a friend working in DT Tigard that Wow Cow was a must-try, so today I decided I must try! Approaching the cart, I could see the choices with pics, easy for me to see as I was making my way up. Perfect! I hate getting up and standing with that awkward, "Ummmm...." pause that we all have when you have a list of items but no real image to picture gobbling down. Philly and basil truffle fries, I'm in! I'm immediately greeted with great energy and positivity. Pricing seemed very appropriate for the order, and shortly thereafter I had a bag with my food ready to go and an equally positive experience on my way to my car from the other half of the folks working today. Now the food: The fries were exactly as described; fresh and crispy, lightly tossed with just the right balance of flavor that even though you're given ketchup, you really don't need it. The Philly - I like a sandwich you can eat full of flavor without picking half of it off my lap, or asking if there's meat to go with my bread. Again, the Philly was the perfect balance for me. I'd attach photos, but honestly the food didn't last long enough for me to get my phone on the camera app. I'll be back, I'll be thanking my friend who made the recommendation, and I would encourage fellow Tigard folks to give these people your business. Great service, positive attitude, value for what you get, and excellent food.

Great place, had the korean philly sandwich and the basil truffle fries. The sandwich had really great flavor and the cream cheese is a great touch. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu.

Wow indeed. This falls under the rare category *food worthy of driving out of my way*. There's magic going on inside this truck. We had a burger & fries and the bop bowl. We couldn't decide which we enjoyed more. All items perfectly cooked and full of tremendous flavor. Sitting with a couple other trucks, with a handful of tables (covered and not), and street parking. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I stopped by here on a Saturday for lunch. We loved it! We were so hungry, so we got: * Bop Bowl ($12.75) + added a fried egg ($1) * Sliders ($12.95) * Korean Chicken Nuggets ($7.75) * Side of basil truffle fries ($4.00) The Bop Bowl was large -- enough for two meals for me, so average eaters will likely have at least some leftovers. I like the mix of textures and flavors that come in this bowl, and got it without the cheese. I actually think it's probably better without the cheese. But definitely add the fried egg! The sliders came in a set of 3 sliders with braised ribeye steak, and were so good. The meat was tender, well seasoned, and I thought the sliders were a good size. Our fave, though, were the Korean chicken nuggets. They were so crispy and tasty! My daughter really loved the basil truffle fries, and one portion is huge. I'm itching to try their burgers now -- they looked so good, so I'll have to get that next time. Love the extras of cute little cow stickers and a teeny tiny little plastic cow figure we got with our order. I'm collecting these now because I know we'll be back many times. The food is really tasty and I thought the prices were reasonable for the quantity and quality of food. The owner Jay was the one who made our food, and he is super nice and friendly. He made our order pretty quickly. We hadn't been to University Plaza before this, and it's a nice gathering spot where the food cart is located next to two other carts. It's a nice open outdoor space, with lots of picnic tables, open space, and kids play area. Definitely suggest you check out WowCow and support this local business! We will be back for sure.

An awesome meal while chilling at the Universal Plaza. Family owned ~ the young man so friendly with smiles! Korean inspired flavors for their American classics. Yummy lunches at good pricing. Fries crispy but not overcooked. A thank you shouted from the truck as we left our table.

Man, I wish I lived on this side of town, because the food here is delicious! My sister and I shared the sliders and the basil truffle fries, and that was ample food for us to share for dinner - especially with how loaded the fries were! Every bite was filled with satisfying flavor. They also threw in two cute cow stickers, which I thought was adorable, and I love fun stickers! The staff seemed really sweet, and service was prompt. Next time I find myself in Tigard, I will prioritize coming here again!!

Wow Cow! A welcome addition to the Launch Pad in Tigard. They're located amidst a couple of other food carts. If you are familiar with Tigard they're located where the Sunday Farmers Market is held on SW Burnham. They have a simple menu. I chose the Bop Bowl with an egg added on. It was filling, tasty, presented nicely, and you know it was done with love by the Mom. Service was friendly. They take your name down for the order. Then they yell it out when it's ready. The launch pad, and food trucks have some tables around the area. They tend to get quite busy which is nice for the businesses. Give a local family owned business a try. You won't be disappointed.

Tasty, quality comfort food! Plain (non truffle/off menu) fries were perfectly salted and crispy. Truffle fries were savory and had just the right amount of truffle oil. Bop bowl was loaded with flavor and a mild kick of spicy- don't forget to get an egg on top to make it more perfect! Amazingly kind service. He even walked the food out to us - very helpful since I was alone watching multiple kids play.

Wow Cow popped onto my radar most likely because of The Korean Mama. IYKYK. The fact the it's less than 10 minutes from me is a bonus. They are over in a small cart pod called the Launch Pod in downtown Tigard with two other carts, a splash pad for kids and covered seating to enjoy all the goodies one purchases. I went with the obvious choice, a Korean cheese steak, but there is also a hot dog, sliders and a burger with Korean influences that are pretty good options and a few other things to choose from, even some tofu. The cheese steak was packed with marinated beef, mozzarella, jalapeños, kimchee, peppers and onions on a soft bun all for $12.99. I paired it with some basil truffle fries and this meal is enough for two sittings for me. But that's just me. The cheese steak was good. Full of flavor and really tender. I liked the sour of the kimchee and the mozzarella held everything together. Very packed in with meat and veggies. Worth the trip to Tigard. The guys running it were friendly and on a Sunday afternoon, not really a wait either. I'll be back for more of this tasty food. As always, support local and enjoy.
